March 14, 2017

How much would you spend to celebrate your birthday? 100 bucks? 100 grand? A million? Well, while some of us shrug and say, ‘what the heck? It’s only a birthday’ when asked what plans we have, the Perez Hiltons of this world are hiring the world’s most expensive planners to ensure to make that day will be fantastic. Imagine Bouncing Across 125 Trampolines...
January 7, 2017

Our main court at Altitude Trampoline Park boasts over 125 trampolines.
Can you imagine how it feels to bounce across these?
When you arrive at Altitude, you’ll first be asked to sign a waiver in order to participate. This is a health and safety questionnaire making sure that you are in good health and fitness before bouncing. If you are under 18, you’ll need a parent or guardian to sign your waiver for you.

If you have long hair, ensure you tie it back - you want to see where you’ll be bouncing! Also remove any jewellery such as long necklaces and earrings. You [more...]

Looking at your screen, you’ll be able to find Pokestops, Gyms, and Pokémon and all you need to do is walk over to them. The goal of the game is to catch as many Pokémon as you can. As you do that, you’ll [more...]

August 16, 2016

It’s common knowledge that exercise is good for your health. Whether you want to lose weight, prolong your life, get stronger or prevent disease, there’s an overwhelming amount of evidence that exercise is key to a healthy life.

But for most people, it is much easier to think about the benefits of exercise than it is to begin to exercise regularly. It can be confusing to know where to start, to determine what kind of fitness will be right for you and to change your habits and lifestyle to fit in fitness. And let’s be honest, it always seems easier and more appealing to just crash out on the couch than hit the gym, especially after a long day of work.

So if you are stuck in the rut of thinking about exercise, imagining the body you want or being plagued with thoughts of poor health and [more...]
