Many measures are already being put in place to ensure that there is minimum damage or injury to everyone who is participating in trampoline games. However, it will be more significant if everyone will learn to abide by all the rules laid down for everyone who is engaging in the game.

Trampoline park rules and safety protocols are made to be obeyed. It is therefore important that you know those ones you must obey every time and also those ones that will depend on the type of trampoline you are using. Below is the list of Trampoline Park Rules and safety protocols you need to always adhere to any time you are at the trampoline park:

  • Wear appropriate clothing. Please remove all jewelry.
  • Everyone has viewed the Air Raid Safety Video.
  • Wear only Air Raid grip socks.
  • Empty your pockets entirely.
  • Be in control of your body at all times.
  • All who want to jump must have a signed waiver.
  • All participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Children under the age of 13 should never be left unattended.
  • Stay in the center of the trampoline when jumping.
  • Master the fundamentals of single trampoline jumping before moving on to more advanced
    skills, such as aerial or flipping-type skills.
  • Perform at your own risk. Flips and other tricks can be dangerous.
  • Be aware of those around you and jump with people that are of similar age/size.
  • Be aware of those around you. It is your responsibility to avoid others.
  • Follow all park rules and the Court Monitor’s instructions.

Trampoline Park Rules and safety protocols – NEVER/ DO NOT

You must avoid the following DON’Ts if you are in for the best of your trampoline park exercises.

  • No running or racing.
  • No sitting, wrestling, or lying on mats.
  • No climbing the trampoline walls.
  • No gum, food, or drinks are allowed in the trampoline arena.
  • No Drugs or Alcohol Permitted. Do not use a trampoline when under the influence.
  • Do not land on your head or neck.
  • No double bounce or effect on another jumper’s bounce in any way.
  • No double flips or gainers.
  • Do not attempt any skill or activity outside of your personal limitations, abilities, or skill level.
  • Do not flip over the pads.
  • Do not sit or lie on the court. If you are tired and need to rest, you must exit the court.
  • Do not touch any perimeter netting or top pads.
  • Do not throw balls at another jumper’s head or neck area.
  • Do not attempt the trampoline park if you are pregnant, have heart or back conditions, or are recovering from any injury.
  • DO NOT JUMP IF A COURT MONITOR IS NOT PRESENT. Our staff is present to assist with safe jumping practices, and injury assistance if needed.

Trampoline Park Rules and safety protocols – WARNING

Impact, flipping, and other activities can result in a serious or fatal head injury, paralysis, fracture, and serious injury. Do not attempt any skill or activity outside your own limitations, abilities, or skill level.

Trampoline use involves inherent risk. Participate with extreme caution and at your own risk. Activities and dodgeball games may involve individuals of different sizes, ages, and abilities. Participate at your own risk knowing that there are many risks involved and we may not have listed comprehensively all of them.

Trampoline Park Rules and safety protocols – RULES FOR JUMPERS

  • Empty all items from your pockets
  • Watch the Safety video before jumping
  • Observe posted safety signage
  • Secure glasses
  • Wear Air Raid Socks.
  • Stay in control
  • Jump within their abilities; master basic skills before moving on to more advanced tricks or flips
  • Perform at their own risk: Flips and other tricks can be dangerous
  • Be aware of others around them
  • Stay at least an arm’s length away from all other jumpers
  • Jump with people of similar age and size
  • Follow all safety instructions as directed by Air Raid staff
  • Be watched by a parent if under 42”
  • 300lb maximum weight limit

Trampoline Park Rules and safety protocols – FOAM PIT

  • One jumper at a time per lane.
  • Only jump when Court Monitor says so.
  • Land feet first, flat on your stomach, side, butt, or back.
  • Never enter foam pit heads first. NO DIVING.
  • No gainers – no forward-moving backflips.
  • Quickly exit the foam pit.
  • Keep the foam in the pit.
  • Empty pockets before jumping. Items will remain lost at least until the pit is emptied.
  • No gum, candy, food, or drink allowed.
  • DO NOT JUMP IF A COURT MONITOR IS NOT PRESENT

Trampoline Park Rules and safety protocols – DODGEBALL COURT

  • Each game begins with an even amount of players.
  • Pockets should be empty – no cell phones, cameras, keys, etc.
  • You are out if you are hit with a live ball below the shoulders or if you throw a live ball that is caught by an opponent.
  • No headshots.
  • No kicking the ball.
  • If the ball hits the ball which you are holding, the ball is dead. Nothing happens.
  • No holding the ball for longer than 10 seconds.
  • Always follow Court Monitor Instructions.

  • Only two people are allowed on the battle beam at the same time.
  • No running.
  • No headshots.
  • No flips.
  • Participants must be similar in size.
  • Remain centered on the beam. Back up past the line and you are out.

  • One person at a time.
  • Do not hang on the rim or net.
  • No alley oops.
  • No flip dunks.

  • Only the participants who can jump above the lower sweeper can face the Wipe 
  • Must be a minimum of 48 inches
  • Don’t grab, swing or ride on the sweeper’s arms.
  • No jumping above the higher sweeper.
  • If you feel tired, let me know about it, or lay down on a trampoline.
  • Always observe the sweeper’s arms – never turn back.

RULES FOR NINJA WARRIORS

RULES FOR CLIMBING OBSTACLES

  • Empty all items from pockets
  • Watch the Safety video before climbing
  • Have the harness checked by staff before climbing
  • Be clipped to the safety line before climbing
  • Follow all safety instructions as directed by Air Raid staff
  • Secure glasses
  • Tie back long hair
  • 30lb minimum and 250lb maximum weight limit
